Fling Up Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Fling Up (the "game") uses, and why. The game is made by kanyn ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us at macerdan.va@gmail.com.

Information we do not collect

Fling Up has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not run our own servers, and we do not collect, store or sell your name, email address, contacts, photos or other personal information.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (levels completed, stars, coins, lives, outfits, boosters and settings) is saved only on your device. It is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads using Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the AdMob software in the game may collect and share with Google:

• your device's advertising ID,
• your approximate location, based on your IP address,
• device information such as model, operating system and language,
• how you interact with ads, and app performance and crash information.

Google may use this information to show personalized ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Some ads are optional "rewarded" ads that you choose to watch for an in-game reward.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any ads are loaded, using Google's consent message. You can consent, refuse, or choose specific purposes. If you refuse, you may still see ads, but they are not personalized. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings on the game's main menu.

In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases such as No Ads, the Starter Pack and coin packs are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Google Play tells the game which items you own, so they can be given to you and restored on a new device. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Ratings

The game may ask you to rate it using Google Play's in-app review feature. Your rating is handled by Google Play; we do not receive any personal information from it.

Children

Fling Up is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• Buy No Ads to remove the ads shown between levels.
• Opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings, as described above.
• In the EEA, UK or Switzerland, change your ad consent with Privacy settings on the main menu.
• Uninstall the game to delete all game data stored on your device.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
